Confused and unsure of what I am looking at. I take a few minutes to observe what this large creation might be. I stood under this large, unknown object and wondered where it had come from. The creation that stood in front of me was made of many different things, which made it even harder to figure out what it might be.
Staring down at the ground, confused and unaware, I stare at these large metal wheels. The wheels were shaped like old wagon wheels, except they were not wooden. The wheels were very thick and flat around the outside. There were only two wheels, which just lead me to be more confused on how this creation works. Looking up from the wheels I came across a large chain. The chain was very similar to a chain on a bicycle. Thicker in size, the chain ran from the spokes of the wheels, all the way to the top of this large wooden masterpiece. I had never seen anything like it, it was huge. I looked up and it seemed to be like a large wooden missile, with wheels. What could this possibly be? As I examined this large wooden shape, I noticed there was a large handle. This handle was just there, it didn’t move anything. The handle was connected to the side of the “wooden missile.” It was thick green steel that lead up to a huge, red, wooden handle. The handle looked like it was pulled off a vice, but much larger. The handle did not do anything. It did not move. I thought I had seen it all, but I was wrong. At the back of this creation there was an extremely large belt-type object attached to it. It was the exact same material as the belt that I was wearing, but it was much larger in size and did not connect like a belt. It wasn’t even tied together; it was just attached to the back of this “thing.”
A million thoughts were running through my mind. Why is this here? Is it broken? Am I missing something? Where did this come from? Still none of my questions were answered. I stood there for minutes in awe, lost and confused. I don’t think there is an answer to what this may be, and I don’t think I will ever know what it was that I saw that day.
